經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)月的前期周密準(zhǔn)備，克服了多類困難，蘇丹全國(guó)油庫(kù)系統(tǒng)安裝工作在45攝氏度以上的高溫下正式進(jìn)入實(shí)施階段！

After one month’s thorough preparation and overcoming various difficulties, Sudan Depot Management System enter into implementation stage officially with bearing the 45 degree’s high temperature.

根據(jù)預(yù)定實(shí)施計(jì)劃，油庫(kù)實(shí)施的各類設(shè)備、實(shí)施人員已全部進(jìn)場(chǎng)并啟動(dòng)第一階段的實(shí)施工作。油庫(kù)系統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)為本次實(shí)施的最后一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)，在油庫(kù)實(shí)施完成后將全面形成油庫(kù)庫(kù)存管理→油庫(kù)發(fā)油管理→油站地罐交接管理→油站銷售管理的閉環(huán)模式，屆時(shí)蘇丹國(guó)家石油公司的成品油儲(chǔ)存零售運(yùn)輸整體方案將更加完善。

According to the implementation plan, the implementation start with all the relative implementation devices and stuffs’ deployment in the depot have been accomplished. Depot implementation node is the last milestone of this project. The full aspect linked and closed cycle management of the refined oil retail management system will be realized when the depot implementation is accomplished: Depot storage management→Depot Oil distribution manage ment→Station tank storage handover management→Station sales management. Then the overall solution of refined oil storage, retail and delivery management system of Sudan National Petroleum Company will be promoted to a more perfect level.

為保證油庫(kù)實(shí)施的順利進(jìn)行，由蘇丹國(guó)家石油公司組織的油庫(kù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前協(xié)調(diào)及啟動(dòng)會(huì)4月2日在蘇丹石油部召開▼

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the oil depot, the pre coordination and start-up of the oil depot project organized by Sudan National Oil Company was held in Sudan Petroleum Ministry in April 2nd.

針對(duì)《油庫(kù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施安全手冊(cè)》及《油庫(kù)實(shí)施作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，4月7日開工前在GADRA油庫(kù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)同油庫(kù)消防安全部門進(jìn)行安全培訓(xùn)，并啟動(dòng)第一批油庫(kù)的實(shí)施工作▼

Base on the Depot safety implementation manual and Depot implementation standard, We carried out a safety training to all the implementation related staffs together with depot fire department on 7th April in Gardra depot. At the same time, we declared the starting of the depot implementation.

為保證實(shí)施進(jìn)度及實(shí)施質(zhì)量，三盈產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)蘇丹項(xiàng)目部在每個(gè)實(shí)施現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指派質(zhì)量監(jiān)督人員，負(fù)責(zé)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督及實(shí)施計(jì)劃的推進(jìn)。

For guarantee the implementation quality and schedule, SANKI Sudan project appoint quality supervisors in each implementation field. The supervisors are responsible for quality supervision and promoting the implementation process.
